(ACC for short) is the first high-tech joint venture enterprise which makes use of German technology and management to manufacture professional power tools in China. ACC was established in March, 1995, with 50 years' duration of joint venture. Before May of 1999, Atlas Copco Group in Sweden had the majority of shares of ACC.
At present, ACC has 186 sets of various kinds of high precise equipment and facilities, among which 43 sets of key equipment were imported from Switzerland, Germany, Japan, etc. ACC has 120 employees, among whom 50 have received university education, taking up 40% of the total employees.
ACC manufactures and markets high-quality professional tools mainly used in the industrial fields of construction, decoration, manufacturing equipment and facilities in both domestic and overseas markets. Before the year of 2000,
